Your Food Rocket Orders

How to place an order?
Find your item. Search for specific items or browse by department. We also make recommendations based on what you’ve bought before or what’s popular in your area. Add items to your cart. Spotted something you like? Add it to your cart by selecting +Add or Add to Cart. Adjust the item quantity by using the + or - buttons. Review your cart. You can check what’s already in your cart by selecting the Cart icon. You can also view your item total, adjust quantities, or remove items from your cart. When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and select the Checkout button.
Place your order. Add a delivery address and payment information, then place your order. 15 minutes and we are next to your door.

Which payment methods does Food Rocket accept?
Credit cards and debit cards are accepted in all Food Rocket locations. To reduce physical contact due to COVID-19, Food Rocket is not currently accepting cash in any location or on any device.

How do I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
Please contact our Customer Service Team via in-app chat for assistance with modifications to your existing order.

I didn't get the right product. What do I do now?

What can I do if I did not receive my order?

Requesting a refund.
If you have any questions or concerns relating to refunds, please contact us immediately at via email hi@foodrocket.me or in-app chat. Inform the customer service representative about your issue and why you would like your money back.
Refunds generally take 5-7 Business Days to process (not including weekends or holidays).

Can the Food Rocket Customer Service Team place an order over the chat for me?
In order to protect your personal and financial information, our agents do not have a way to accept payment over the phone. You will need to place an order through our app or website, but please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team via chat if you’re having trouble navigating the order experience!

Is ordering through Food Rocket safe?
Our absolute priority is to offer safe service.
Therefore, we operate with contactless delivery. Riders will be first making contact with the customer through the doorbell or by phone call.
Once your rider arrives at your doorstep, they will stay at least 1,5 meters from you and put your order on the ground or will leave your order at your doorstep.

Can I pick up my order at your Dark Store?
We don't offer a pick-up service so you can relax and we will bring you your groceries.

You’re out of stock of the product I need.
We’re so sorry to hear we were out of stock of a product you need. We’re working hard to increase our supply to have everything you need, whenever you need it.

Can I request a product?
Absolutely! Just let us know via email, chat or use the “I can’t find what I need” button in the app.
